Terms & Conditions - The Basics
1. The handbag can withstand rain, but don't go swimming with it.
2. It has a battery in it, so it doesn't do well in hot (above 45 degrees Celsius) and cold (below -10), and it doesn't like strong vibrations or high pressure,
3. The safety features are designed to keep the danger at the greatest possible distance, so the purse is not made as a weapon (but if you're in trouble, feel free to hit the creep with it, it'll probably just show on the surface...).
4. Don't shine your handbag in your eyes and don't set off the alarm in enclosed spaces except in an emergency - both elements were designed to be really unpleasant and even if they don't cause you any lasting effects, it's neither good nor pleasant for your eyes and ears:)
5. Don't take your handbag apart. Really. For one thing, it can't be used afterwards, it's also not covered under warranty, and thirdly there are parts in it that could hurt you. And that kind of goes against the whole point of it.
6. Stay on the ground: Although the battery in IRMA has the certification needed to fly on an airplane and the handbag complies with all European standards, we are still waiting for the magic CE letters and going through airport security could be unpleasant, which is the last thing we want.
6. Don't be afraid to contact us with anything. Irma is supposed to combat fear and cause joy, if it doesn't, please tell us!
7. IRMA does not belong in the bin, but in the electrical waste. But before you throw it away, let us know, maybe we can find a better solution!
